[OFARC] Armed Forces Day Crossband Test

I have Been scanning the listed frequencies since 0800, should be 10 
military stations on the air .... I have heard 3 stations, only one at 
any given time

managed to contact NWVC on the LST-325 located in Indiana, he was on 
6913.0 USB and listening on 7.221 Mhz LSB.  I had to use 600W to be heard

Also Hearing WAR at the pentagon on 13693.5 USB, he is listening on 
14.225 USB

propagation seems very bad so far today
