The scout camp this weekend at Bovay has been cancelled due to the high chance of heavy rain.

Lets call it for this weekend.

I will be slammed with giving folks a rainy day program inside and will not be able to do additional trainings this weekend.

 

We can gear up for March 3.

Is the Webelos camp likely to go on?

 

Radio antennas need to be disconnected when lightning is present …. They can provide a ground path for a lightning strike.

 

Dominick says the team from Navasota will not venture out in severe weather.   They may be able to attend training, but not the full day of camp.

… they are mostly EMTs and will need to stay on call.
