[OFARC] RF attenuators

On the 2m net tonight there was a fair amount of interest and discussion
about attenuators.  It was the unanimous opinion of the foxhunt team that
antenna attenuators would have been a big help in locating the fox.
Building them is not that hard but shielding is a must to keep signals from
leaking in.  Fixed attenuators of 10, 20 and 30 db could be made and
combined (cascaded) to achieve additional attenuation as needed.  Here's
