[OFARC] Update on Larry - KK5KE 4/23/18

Alvin and I visited Larry at the hospital yesterday. Larry seemed to be in
better condition than on Friday. He wasn't as confused and talking better.
He also was able to acknowledge us and recognize us. No news on when he
will be released though.

We will update any other information when its available.
