[OFARC] update on Larry -- KK5KE

I went by Larry's apartment today and spoke to him and his wife.

She would not let me into the apartment, so I stood just outside the door.

I never saw Larry, but did converse with him.

 

Larry seemed a little confused . he kept repeating the same phrase every 2-3
minutes.

His wife said they do not have phone or internet service.

She also commented on needing to "move stuff out of that room".

I am guessing she was talking about the room he used for radios, but cannot
be sure.

 

My impression is that they are not doing well, but she would not tell me
anything about his health.

She seemed reluctant to speak with me or give me any information.

 

I left my phone  number and e-mail with his wife and suggested she ask the
apartment office to contact me if they need something.

The two ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and asked for my
contact information.
