[OFARC] Novices Again ???

The Novice allocations have been on the band chart since I was licensed 
in 2001, and surely before that as well. I remember I referred to the 
chart and picked a spot in the Novice segment of 15 meters for my first 
QSO, thinking that expectations of operators there might be nice and low.

Wikipedia has this on renewable Novice class licenses:
