OSC Alert

- CBS reports that an al-Qaida website in the Sudan has reported Osama's
death.  He reportedly died in Tora Bora during the battle.

While good news (if true), the timing is curious and may be a prearranged
signal for an event.   Open-source intelligence had reported that his death
would in fact be a signal for terrorist action back in late 2001.  It might
be wise to increase vigilance for possible imminent action of some kind.
