The Office of the President and Department of Justice
have advised the Nevada Governor who is notifying all
local governments and public safety agencies that the
Threat Level for Homeland Security has been raised
from a Yellow Threat Level to an Orange Threat Level
as of this morning. This pertains primarily to a all inter-
national US assets, but also pertains to major metro-
politan areas within the US. No special instructions
have been provided.
