[nrv-hams] Cloyd's Mt Repeater Status

Work was done today on the Cloyd's Mountain repeater.
Please let us know if you have any trouble getting into that repeater.
Be as detailed as possible, including what repeater you were transmitting
into, and which transmitter you were listening to.
We are looking for changes, good or bad.

Also, we have disabled the Winlink Gateway (AI4RC-9) at that location
temporarily.
