Bob's Daughter Bethanne said "that her Dad passed away peacefully 
yesterday afternoon, Monday, February 7, following a two-year struggle 
with cancer, and Covid to top it off. "
Bob has done much to advance the hobby and teach Members of the US Naval 
Academy in Annapolis.
I received some personnel mentoring on APRS from Bob as we chatted via 
APRS and Packet when I helped get APRS running in the arealate 1990's. 
Later I got to have some time to chat at frostfest where I helped him 
with a DEMO. We had some contacted over the years I know I won't forget hom.
Bob was a Ham's Ham willing to help and experiment in the hobby.
