[nrv-hams] Primary station consideration for March meeting

Thanks Russ,
I didn't mean to suggest we buy from Gigaparts, but rather to give a
budget. If there are other places in the state, then by all means that
would be great.
Gigaparts *did* have a special until last week where you could get a 10
year warranty for $10. That would have been good for us, but I have no
preference from where to purchase.

For further detail, our current HF stations are:
- Kenwood TS-430S
- Yaesu FT-840 w/autotuner
