[nrv-hams] Calling cq on 146.580

Soliciting contacts during the event is against the rules of most contests.
There are a few exceptions and it’s always stated in the rules of a
particular contest if it’s okay to do. Field Day is a hybrid kind of event
and is many things to many people. Drumming up contacts is not something
