[nrv-hams] Calling cq on 146.580

OK. @Kay. I follow. I looked into it and it is usually a frowned upon
practice but, not against the rules in this situation. I think it's totally
against the rules on HF with prearranged spotter networks.

I guess it's a gray area this year. Do you you have any thoughts on this?
