[nrv-hams] No VE session scheduled during Field Day

I know we discussed having a VE session during Field Day at the club
meeting last night, but after much consideration we've arrived at keeping
it simple. There's just too much going on during Field Day the way it is
without the COVID concerns.
So, that will NOT be scheduled for Field Day.
