[nrv-hams] icf channel files

I have a similar radio, the TH-9800. I've never used the program that came
with it, but used CHIRP instead.
If you already have a CSV with the channels, I would highly recommend using
CHIRP instead of the software that comes with the TYT.
With CHIRP, you can import CSV *and* ICF formats as well!

I always download the config from the radio first using CHIRP. That way I
have a known good version of the configuration, and it tests the transfer
between the radio and the CHIRP software.
