[nrv-hams] icf channel files

If you read the radio with CHIRP, you edit in CHIRP (you can import .csv files into CHIRP) and then write to the radio. Do you have the USB cable for the radio?

program, but no (or at least I haven't found them) instructions on
converting files into their screwball format.
