[nrv-hams] IC-7300 and transverters

Thanks Russ,
My budget is more around the IC-7300 at this time, and I'm probably just
looking to do too much with a base radio.
I have an aging Ten-Tec Omni VII that I love, but realize that it's
probably not going to be easy to fix down the road.
I would certainly one day like to go with the Flex or Elecraft, and would
probably pick the Flex since it seems to be easier to fit with transverters.
Thanks for the info on W1GHZ as well!
