[nrv-hams] simplex net results

Ben,

I just rechecked the Kenwood 732A specs and found that I have been
misreporting my transmit power numbers.  The actual hi/med/low transmit
power numbers are 50 watts, 10 watts, and 5 watts, not 50/25/10 as I
reported last night and previously.
