[nrv-hams] DMR Radio - Made Me Cross!

That's really cool, thanks...

The only thing I'm not clear on is how one programs the DMR into into an
HT.  Does one use CHIRP or is there a CHIRP-like program that loads the DMR
data ("code plug") onto, say, a baofeng BF-F8HP?
