[nrv-hams] resources to identify a ham radio tower

I am hoping someone can point me to resources to help me identify a
ham radio tower.  One of Diane's clients recently inherited a house in
Pulaski.  In the backyard is a tower set in a concrete base.  Her
father recently became an SK did not leave any paperwork (she has been
able to locate).

Three questions.
* where are serial/model numbers located on a tower?
* Is there an online resource where I can plug the numbers in and ID the tower?
* Any suggestions on companies in the NRV who are qualified to
dismantle and possibly reinstall a tower in a new QTH?
