I want to recommend a local resource,  hosted and supported by Rackspace
called "Let's Code Blacksburg".  Thomas Weeks, a local ham and president of
the New River Valley Rocket club is largely behind this. There are courses
for c# and .net, javascript, robotics, java, ... and Tweeks is a fun guy.
