At the January Meeting Len mentioned that if you programmed the NOAA 
radio freqs in your BaoFeng to be careful that it was easy to transmit 
on their Frequencies. I had been thinking about this off and on since 
and i came up with a solution. on those channels set a Transmit CTCS to 
any # you want (basicly giving it a transmit tone) so the unless you 
happen to transmit something listening to the same freqs and listening 
for that same code your transmission will not be heard. Also give it a 
+- offset wouldnt hurt either.
