I would think that having a good simplex frequency set up for this would be
a plus. The Dismal Peak repeater is very wide spread for the New Rive
Valley Area, and can be gotten into from most of Floyd. We have a Simplex
frequency built into our net intro, we use 146.475 simplex just to be
contrary I guess. Plus it was easy to remember due to using the 146.745
repeater at that time.

Ron, broken lawnmowers are a pain. I have ended up having to get 4 new
tires this year along with 3 new blades due to a hidden stump. And now I
have to go out and do an oil change, spark plugs, and filters change to
it. It is going to be a very expensive spring for that lawn tractor.
