Group,

Came across the MPING weather reporting app for IOS devices. Has a
simple interface and could compliment calling into NWS Blacksburg with
storm reports.

Pete W3WEQ and I have confirmed the 146.910 machine will work from
our QTH . We will want to test it on Sept 7 so those participating
in this test will want to program it into your radio. I will be
bringing 3 club owned dual band radios ready to go if anyone needs a
radio.

Hi Danny,
I just spoke to Jason KC8CKL on the Mt. Lake 440 repeater (441.950),
and he told me that the 146.865 repeater is down and has been off the
air for quite some time.
He said that there is another 2-meter repeater up on Mt. Lake.
It is 146.910, and that repeater has a 77.0 Hz tone.
I hope this information helps.

recall it is wrong in the directory and I cannot test it from my
house.
