OK Kay, that was what I thought and why I asked. I would not have gone in
there loaded to fight or hostile, I know better then that. With Floyd
though..............You have to be prepared to do what it takes to get
their attention. :) It's been a good thing though with the new County
Emergency Manager, he has been able to bring to light the fact that FEMA
has shown a very good light on us as Hams and the ARRL.
