[nrv-hams] /IARU suffix in a 20M contest this AM

Russ,

The ham was using the /IARU in a DX expedition context.  For example he
was calling "CQ contest ND5AIX/AIRU, CQ contest".  That's not the actual
call sign, since I didn't work him I didn't write it down.
