Ron, thanks for correcting my measurements, I did that off the top of my
head. Yes it is 16 and a half feet on each side of the insulator. :) Good
thing we have friends to help with this. Speaking of help, if you need
some let us know and we will see what happens. If I can I will gladly help
out, just can't drive at night right now. :(
