Folks,

With respect to the BikeVirginia informational meeting scheduled for Monday, September 27, I received email correspondence on September 9 from Bobby Clark, Emergency Manager for Pulaski County, and Peggy White, Executive Director for Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce. At that time, I corresponded with the club's officers advising that I would be attending this meeting in a professional capacity. As to amateur radio and any part it may play in this event to be held in June 2011, I will obtain and provide information to the NRVARC officers for consideration of presenting it to the club and if desired, also convey this information to the Pulaski and Montgomery County ARES group.
