[Novice-Rigs] List under new software

Hello all,

The Novice List has just been moved over to the new
Mailman software from Majordomo.  Many of you have
commented that it is 'now working' - it always has, but
has just had almost no traffic.

For whatever reason, the old Majordomo software
never sent confirmations, although everyone who applied
was added to the list (I archived all the 'adds').

So now lets get some QRM going about Novice gear!
