[NLRS] Looking forward to socializing at Aurora '26!

Each year, when I go to Aurora, I relish the socializing throughout the day.  As I look up and down the row of cars and tables and see all the conversations in progress, while I’m in the middle of a fine conversation, really tickles me.  Similarly, at the Pizza Lunch, to see a room of 30+ people having all sorts of conversations really pleases me.

I am looking forward to the “Light Communication” demo that Donn WA2VOI mentioned in his posting. I am looking forward to making a 5 GHz contact using the equipment that will be on display at Aurora.  I am looking forward to the talks. I am even looking forward to the business meeting 😊 .

Ya know, walk-in registrations are allowed and encouraged. You can’t get the pizza lunch as a walk-in but we’d love to have more attendees at Aurora.

For many years, there are a group of us who don’t get enough socializing during the day. So we meet for dinner right after AU is over.  Even tho Janice and I have a 3 hour drive ahead of us, we will be going to Lucky’s 13 Pub, 3000 Harbor Lane N, Plymouth, MN, United States, 55447 for dinner.  (It’s attached to the Comfort Inn.)  They have a diverse menu and the plenty of bevs.  Perhaps you’ll join us there?
