[NLRS] Minnesota QSO Party

Just so there is no confusion:
1) When submitting your log to the mailbox for the contest, list your club
as Northern Lights Radio Society.
2) If you post your score to the 3830 reflector, please list your club as
Minnesota Wireless Assn.
Two different tallies from one contest! If there are questions, please
post them.
