 Hello NLRS land
Aurora, the largest gathering of weak-signal VHFers in the Upper Midwest, is the annual meeting of the Northern Lights Radio Society.  The Aurora Conference was first hosted by Jon Lieberg, KØFQA (SK), in 1984.  The morning hours feature a car trunk to car trunk exchange, demos, an antenna range, and lots of socializing.  We should have operational gear for 5.7 and 10GHz there so come to Aurora and make your first ever microwave contact.  There is lots to see, learn, and talk about.  Bring your rover for show and tell.
Registration for the one day conference is now OPEN.    Full information about the conference, include where, what, when, and how to register can be found on our clubs website at https://nlrs.club/#Aurora%20Conference   .  Any questions, drop me a note direct at w0zq at aol.com  .
Some highlights/headlines:
   - With support from super volunteers KA9VVQ and W9FZ, we will once again feature pizza for lunch for just $10.  You must preregister for this.  See the NLRS website referenced above.
   - Its an election year, all three club officers are up for election.  If you would like to step forward to volunteer for a club office and wish to talk about it, drop me a direct email, W0ZQ at aol,com
   - Nominations for the Wesslund Award remain open.  See information about the Wesslund Award on our clubs website referenced above.
   - At our business meeting at Aurora we will be voting on a change to our bylaws.  A previous email went out on this subject that you should have received.

In summary, visit our website and register for Aurora'26.  If you have any questions, ask.
73, JonW0ZQ
