OK! Good luck with the new roof. Gary 'GHZ and I discovered some
issues at both of our ends-- mostly signal level stuff-- but I think
we improved things considerably.
I am back hopping 2m, 70cm and 23cm and pointed at 'ZQ now so we'll
see how that goes.
One thing to note, when you are using transverters and 10m IF radio and
do not have computer control of that IF rig, it's real easy to have the
WSJT software on one band and the actual TX/RX on another-- so, eg,
'GHZ and I made good contact on 1296 but he uploaded it to the WSPRNet
database as a 2m contact :-)
There's a lot of "knobs" to keep track of in this mode on these upper
bands... :-)
