[NLRS] 200, 70, 23 cm WSPR running

 I just updated my laptop to Windows 11 and had to reinstall IC9700 drivers.  I think that I am up and running now on 2, 432 and 1296 WSPR hopping.    Have to check my power levels but I think all three bands are 10 watts.  Just got a 2m decode on K0RAE so it appears to be working !    I'll let it run through the day.

You need to be within 750 Hz of 144.489 MHz + 1500 Hz, so, centered at
144.490500 (or above 144.48975 and below 144.491250).
