[NLRS] 200, 70, 23 cm WSPR running

I see a relatively large signal on 2m, but they are pretty far below
the WSPR decode passband.

You need to be within 750 Hz of 144.489 MHz + 1500 Hz, so, centered at
144.490500 (or above 144.48975 and below 144.491250).
