[NLRS] testing the waters for interest

Hello all -

I've recently been made aware of a few tidbits that are left over from a
satellite uplink truck that's being dismantled/sent to the scrap heap. Some
of it may be available to me.

The biggest item of interest, a 2.4 meter (I think) Ku Band (14 Ghz tx 12
Ghz rx) transmit/receive antenna, completely motorized and remote
controlled. I believe it runs on 110VAC, but I've yet not been able to
confirm it.

There may be a couple more items available but that's not for certain.

So, calling all VHF'ers and moonbounce stations, is this antenna of interest
to you? Just email me at lhelgerson at surplushunter.net if you're interested
more than just kicking the tires. If there's someone on the list that is
also on the moonbounce reflector (assuming there is one) please feel free to
forward this.

I can't use it (as much fun as it would be) so I'm not going to get it if
there's no one really interested,,,

Thanks for the bandwidth ES 73,

Leland Helgerson, WB0MLL
