[NLRS] WN1C ARRL January VHF 2025 - SOPA

Another year, another VHF contest, and a presumptive Wisconsin 
record-setting score (breaking my own from last year). Spent a chilly 
afternoon on Blue Mound summit with four radios and plenty of antennas 
(not all for VHF). Didn't add any bands compared to last year. This will 
also count for POTA Support Your Parks weekend. No incredible reach, but 
the points do add up in the end. Shoutout to W9YT students getting on 
the air and building their way into the contest live!
