[NLRS] ^m CW & SSB traffic, some input offered

PSKReporter doesn't have any good way to glean SSB contacts. The reverse beacon network is not yet smart enough to parse human voices!
RBN will pick up CW, but maybe PSKReporter chooses not to look for those spots. The RBN's own page will show them, though: http://reversebeacon.net
