[NLRS] Mel, KC0P SK

Wow, very sad to hear this. Like most of you, I have known Mel for many 
years, even before I became interested in weak signal VHF.  I met Mel on 
the old North Star 10-10 net out of Rochester back in the late 70's / 
early 80's and probably met him in person for the first time at the 
Rochester Hamfest around the same time.

Mel was a unique guy and he is going to be missed.
