[NLRS] Loaner drive over tip up base?

I have one designed for the top 3 sections of Rohn BX tower, 4' square 
base(could be cut down), and could clamp a piece of pipe to one of the 
leg uprights to use with a mast...

Rusty... wire wheel and some rust converter would cure that...
