[NLRS] September VHF contest

 After touring IA for the 10G & Up contest followed by KS for the KS QSO Party, I'll be home for this one in EN34it.  6m through 3400, maybe some 5760 and 10GHz from the garage, and bouncing between analog and digital.  

I do make it a priority to follow rovers especially if they have a posted plan.
