[NLRS] FYI: Galileo and 23cm

I did a little research last night and in the USA only the E1 and E5 
Galileo bands are allowed for use here in the USA, one is at 1500mhz so 
no effect and the other is at 1150 so again no effect here.


I do not see it changing much here in the USA going by that but I may be 
wrong... finding info on the FCC website SUCKS. We may have to move 
worldwide EME ops up to 1298 to work them but 1296 should still stay for 
weak signal at any power level in the USA... ARRL needs to get on top of 
this and make sure they have a voice so we don't see stupid changes here 
for no reason!
