[NLRS] FYI: Galileo and 23cm

Below is a forward from LB6B and the Moon-Net reflector.  It is in regards to the recent IARU proposal to the pending WRC-23 on the amateur radio use of the 23cm band.  The issue that is being address is the potential impact of 23cm and interference with the the EU's GPS positioning system.
Any changes that may happen appear to be about a year away, maybe two, and its unclear (to me) how the WRC's outcome will then impact each National frequency regulations such as here in the USA and Canada.  However it does appears that (portions of?) EU will be headed towards increased restrictions as outlined below which may, at a minimum, affect EME operations on that band at some level.
The good news (?) is that despite the fact that we are assigned as secondary to the band, there has been some compromising to allow us continued access.
WRC23 deserves watching.  I believe that they wrap up around Dec 15th (?) at which time there should be more info.

Updated documents 23rd of nov, 2023

See link and attached files. These are the basis for further processing by WRC-23.

"The recommendation will form a component of the WRC-23 discussion which are ongoing until December 15th relating to WRC agenda 9.1b" (23 cm).

Here are the suggested powerlevels and spectrum that are stil relevant for us as EME'ers.
