[NLRS] Minnesota QSO Party, Feb 4th

Hi All -

I'll be on all HF bands from Le Sueur County (LES) and I know many others
will be on as well.

Watch for local activity on 80M SSB and CW at the start of the contest, and
the last hour.  In between, you should be able to work a LOT of stations on
all the other HF bands.

I hope to work a bunch of you on 80M at the start and end!
