[NLRS] arrl 222 and up contest this weekend.

Mel,

I'm going to be out of town for a family get together this weekend, so I 
will not be on the air for the 222 & up contest.

It's going to be pretty much the same story for the August weekend of 
the 10GHz contest as my father-in-law celebrates his 90th birthday that 
weekend and we'll be back in Eitzen for that.
