[NLRS] WSJT - Computer generated RFI

 The program isn't stopped just because you've turned off "monitoring" it's still running, it's just not recording and trying to decode what your hearing.
Close the program, "exit" and see if it goes away.

 "Loaded" means I started the program from a shortcut. But can stop "monitoring" the  audio stream. No difference. Very odd. Like even with the program stopped something IS running.

I have tried "messing" with cable dressing etc.. I see no change in RFI levels.
