This one composed in "plain text" in Outlook.

Can't bold, or italics, or change size.  No option to do that.

Now pasting in some variety from another email:
This text is bolded.
This is italicized.
This is a different font (ariel).

Nope, doesn't support that. 

This was all as expected.  Now, just to see how it looks on return or in the
archives.
