Coming up weekend after next is the 222 & Up distance contest, Aug 6-7.
I like this one because the operating period (1800z - 1800z) doesn't
require me to drive home exhausted in the dark!  It's also a little more
of a challenge collecting the 6-character grid squares.  Fill in your
operating plans on the spreadsheet at:

https://tinyurl.com/AugustUHF2022

These spreadsheets are fully open for formatting by all, so please be
careful and don't change anything other than your line or column.  If
you do mess something up, a simple "Ctrl-Z" will undo it.

This contest has sometimes featured some good tropo, so maybe we'll get
lucky!

I plan to be on, but have some tower work that must be done - probably
water in a connection in the 432 rotor loop. Unfortunately, I'm down
with Covid so I can't take advantage of the great wx this week.  (No, I
wasn't at Central States;  mine is courtesy of my son who was with us
last weekend.)  I'm taking the Paxlovid, so hopefully I'll feel up to
getting out to the farm next week sometime before the contest.
