[NLRS] 222 Worked All States for Charlie, N0AKC

Heartiest congratulations Charlie!  I went looking for my 220 VUCC records this morning after learning of your remarkable accomplishment.  I can picture your card from back in those days (1989 as NC9F) and I believe that I received EN44 from you.  Thanks for that one and all of the others through the years.
