[NLRS] September VHF Contest activity spreadsheet

Unfortunately I will not be able to play in Sept. This year the conflict is
my sister's wedding.

January you never know what will happen but next June I'm working on big
plans for multiop again. This year we had the best 6m score in the contest
but bands above that were sad.
